ABOUT BANGSARIA
This is a seven-storey commercial building which has been a part of the Bangsar neighbourhood since October 2001. It is owned by Leo Myer Sdn Bhd, a Kuala Lumpur-based property development and investment company. Its location along the bustling arterial road Jalan Maarof makes it a strategic location for its tenants which typically consist of offices, showrooms and even a banking institution.
ABOUT LEO MYER
Rooted in the spirit of developing high-end commercial and residential projects, Leo Myer Sdn Bhd was founded in 1995 by Shaun Yeow. Among its previous high profile projects are Villa Aman, a low-density condominum project at Embassy Row, and Villa Bukit Tunku, among the first service residence-concept property which is located at Kenny Hills. Presently, the company is involved in the day-to-day operations of the Bangsaria building as well as another two bungalow lots, 115 and 117, that are also along Jalan Maarof.
ABOUT THE TEAM
SHAUN YEOW
Managing Director

A consummate businessman at heart, Shaun is a Universiti Teknologi Malaysia graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering. After graduating, he joined the civil service for almost a decade. After that, he left civil service and joined a property development company. There, he was put in charge of several high-end residential projects around the burgeoning capital of Kuala Lumpur.​
In 1995, Shaun took the leap to begin his own property development and management company with roots in Bangsar. Currently, he is mostly involved in the business development and operations of Leo Myer and Bangsaria.
PAUL YEOW
General Manager

After earning a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Mississippi State University in the USA, Paul went on to gain some 30 years of experience in various engineering and construction fields. Having handled many geotechnical and foundation work in Singapore, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Malaysia, his expertise became especially helpful during the construction of Bangsaria.

Today, he is in charge of the operations and maintenance of Bangsaria.
GEOFFREY YEOW
Marketing Director
​
With interests in philosophy and sociology, Geoffrey completed his bachelor's degree in communications and media management. Subsequently, he pursued his Masters studies in Critical Global Politics at the University of Exeter. His work experience was gained from advertising firms, newspapers, magazine publishing and event management. He keeps a keen eye on social media and advertising trends.
He is currently the marketing director for Leo Myer and Bangsaria.
